I see the GamePro List is causing some arguments. lol. Well the list looks fine to me.

Gamepro is generally a fail-ish publication, so give them some leeway. I still find it a bit strange that Vice City is #4 while San Andreas can't be found anywhere in the Top 20. San Andreas was a better game, just with a worse protagonist. I don't think there's such a discrepancy in quality for a listing like that.

Any who, looks like the folks at Gamepro really like God of War.

Really though, Guitar Hero II? There are games that are far better than Guitar Hero II that are sitting right below it.

K putting HITMAN higher than Kingdom Hearts = waste of my 10 minutes.

It's not a bad list, but it relies too much in well known games, and it is missing some less known, but excellent nonetheless games like Star Ocean 3, Xenosaga, Persona 3, Suikoden V, Disgaea. And I'd exchange Silent Hill 2 for SH3, and Devil May Cry for DMC 3, Soul Calibur 3 deserves a place, and Dragon Quest VIII doesn't deserve to be on any list that doesn't begin with "worst". Otherwise, the list is good, there are some good choices that I applaud, like putting Vice City instead of San Andreas, and placing SotC so high

I'm glad that they excluded the majority of the JRPG grindfests but they also missed Virtua Fighter 4: Evolution, my favorite PS2 game of all.

i don't get why reviewers online keep rating twisted metal black so highly. its absolute crap in my book.

RE 4 should be nuber 1 but its only the ps2 version so number 2 is O.K.
