For total global software sales shipments are the only accurate figures you're going to get. I see now the OP's figures aren't shipments as I first thought. Does anyone have Microsoft's 360 software shipment figures?

The PS3 will of course eventually sell more software than the 360. It will eventually have a much larger userbase, which will help

Possible. But PS3 needs to get some good games before that is possible.
