that's fair and to be honest I don't care but you seem to go out of your way to bash anything good about PS3

@bolded part,,,

wow so much for being mature ,,how old are you?

Old enough to be indignant when someone calls me a liar, and mature enough to embellish for dramatic effect.

I'm not going to ignore you, and in fact, I honestly don't mind if you discuss things with me. It's fine.

You can even disrespect my opinions.

However, when you go out of your way to personally insult me and ruin my reputation, you cross the line between fanboy wars and deep personal insults.

Instead of attacking my words, your attempting to attack me as a human being, and that is taking this gaming forum thing a little too far. I think I responded appropriately.

If you want to discuss things with me, then keep them positive, or keep them within the realm of gaming discussion. Do not follow me around spreading false alligations about my personal business.

If you can manage that, then lets kick this thread back on topic and pretend like this never happened.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

sure dude,,,,afterall we are all gamers .and I honestly did not intend to offed you,,,I m Sorry if you thought I was offending you,,I was just tired of reading some of your negative comments about PS3 in general,,,but hey this is a multiplatform website and we should accept different opinions.

back on topic,,I never liked Soulcalibur but I might try this one,,,if I didn't like SC2 does it mean that i m not gonna like this?it was too stiff for my taste

A SONY orientated magazine thinks that the PS3 version is better than the 360...

Anyone see anything up with that? They might be right but can you really trust that?

Am gonna wait for the 2 hardest reviewers [gamewise] I know, IGN and GameStop.....

I'd probably rent it first, if I didn't like part 2. I like SC2 a lot though. Had it on the cube.

On a side note, the collectors edition has extra character creation content, and costs $79.99.

Why can't these developers just give us everything they developed for the game that's available at launch, when they launch it. It is the very definition of "nickle and dime"ing us.

Having content ready for release, then charging 5 or 8 dollars for it a month after the game is released.

PLAY IS 100% a PLAYSTATION MAG. THEY WOULD NOT HAVE A 360 VERSION OF THE GAME TO REVIEW. THEY ONLY DO PLAYSTATION STUFF. LOL.

I used to read the mag as I live in the UK when I had PS2. They are exceptionally biased. I remeber when they said that Killzone looked on a par with Halo 2. That was just plain stupid. Of course they will big up the PS3 version THEY ARE EXTREMELY BIASED.

I'd really like trophy support and the option to eventually download Yoda. Gameplay wise, I'm hoping it plays closer to SC2 than SC3.

I assumed the same thing, but was flamed for it. Apparently, when a Playstation 3 fan makes an off the cuff comment in a review about the PS3 version looking better, with no explaination or anything to back it up, it is immediately moved from the realm of opinion to fact.

It's not the source I have an issue with. It's the fact that the issue isn't even explained or dealt with. It is a very small mention that sounds like a guess. However, out of all the other things mentioned in the admittedly mediocre review, fanboys zoom in on that one unimportant and unsupported aspect.

Fishing.

The PS3 D-Pad isn't good for Fighting games because of the way the buttons are sectioned off. It's better for giving out commands/line changes or where you just want to press things.

But the 360 D-Pad is just bad and I hate the face buttons. For NHL when I want to do a line change, 1/2 the time when i press a direction the opposite occurs.

I thought people stopped taking Play seriously after they gave Sonic 06 and Lair a 9.

I see that's no the case anymore.

That was Play Magazine (US) and is not a Playsation only Magazine

This is Play Magazine UK
