Well just saying "equality" is pretty broad. I realize you are trying to bring out more discussion with that but it's kind of difficult to respond to that.
I fell the lack of equality in our nation is a huge issue. but not because of race. For me equality is something that applies to some but not all. The inequality problmes I see are some people due to status or looks or whatever it is they got going for them, could get away with murder, whereas most people have to be policed to an absurd level. The authority that is government granted in this country makes me sick, especially since, our established governments inception was supposed to be based on the ideal that governmental power should be minimized. I don't see why we as a nation have let this happen.
but yeah without writting a whole page as I'm known to do I will just say that there is massive injustice in virtually every point of life in the US. Biggest recently is the Banks dicking us all over big time and then the "equality" goes right out the window when our A$$-F$$$ing POS government has the damn nerve to use our tax dollars to bail these evil SOBs out (AGAIN! this has happened before). Thats the main inequality to me. Morally bankrupt CEOs get bailed out for putting American people on the streets that the government doesn't give two f^^^s for. Thats a bigger and more real issue than race.
