As Charles Barkley put it "Racism and groups are just made by rich guys to divide the poor."
That... and people just don't want to give up their cultures uniqueness... causing everyone to stick to their own little groups and hardly meet anyone of a different race.
It's a problem to say everybody is equal when there are plenty of laws that reinforce peoples differences. John Billionare doesn't care anymore about Bob in Appalacia then he does Mike in Harlem.
