i think banjo1 on the VC(or maybe a remake for the DS[or both]) would be a good idea.  not soon though, but eventually...

It's not wholly owned. They had to work out a deal with Ninty to get that over there. Don't you read the news.

As for being on VC sounds like a good idea but I gots no clue. Makes sense considering the 360 versions, but sense is only perception eh.

i havent read anything that said nintendo still owned any part of it...i was under the impression that they split full rights for different titles after microsoft bought it.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo still has publishing rights of the game... kinda like they had with Goldeneye 007. I don't know the complete thing here but because Nintendo published the title they still have publishing rights. They actually have to sign that away to no longer have it.

I dont see it. Maybe the Donkey Kong games, but they wont bring Banjo over to VC. They would just put it on XBLA.

No, the thing about Goldeneye is the bond licence. Rare has full ownership over the IP's that they created. Banjo, Conqer, Joana, etc.

Rare owns the ip, according to them, it's microsofts decision alone if it happens on vc.
