Is there a better Third-Party Developer out there then Insomniac?

When you factor in the quality of their games along with the consistency of release, my vote is maybe.

EDIT: Insomniac is a 2nd Party Developer...point remains the same

 At this moment dont think so, but isnt Insomniac 2nd party if im not misstaken.

I think they're technically 3rd Party, they just only do Sony games.

I realize there are companies like R*, Capcom , Infinity Ward that make excellent titles as well, but their games are also fewer and far between and suffer from delay's.

The ability for Insomniac to release top notch games on a yearly basis is amazing when compared to other Developers. Also, if they have a 3rd Dev team making a new IP like ssj12 claims, then that is even more impressive.

2nd party = 3rd party developer that is tied specifically to one console manufacturer.

Insomnaic are amazing devs with how they constanly create great games year after year.

ohh and their 2nd party.
1st = owned by SONY/M$/Nintendo
2nd party = independent developer, but SONY/M$/Nintendo publishes the game.
3rd party = completely independent.

Hell yahh. Ratchet was some of the most fun i had.

Am not gonna trust the source but am gonna trust my "GUT" in believing that I will see another Ratchet game from Inzomniac after looking at their past record [ THEY RULE!!] and then in 2010 maybe a new franchise [I don't think they can stick to resistance forever... but then who knows with these things?]

My vote is NO!

But no one cares what I think these days.... T_T
