A lot of it is actually FMV, there are more obvious CGI usage though and also there are some in game images.`

This game gives me a weird Sega Dreamcast vibe. I'm not saying it looks like a Dreamcast game, just some commercial I would've expected to see 8-9 years ago. I think it was the guy in the trailer reminding me of Shenmue.
