There are obviously nintendo fanboys here stating that there are more nintendo fans , there games are the best and so on. The best games come on have always been on the ps2 the gamecube lastgen GC only had mario as good games maybe some pokemon games but so wat they werent as big as kingdomhearts, final fantasy, god of war, or even gran turismo. The xbox last gen only had one good game and that was halo, but so on without being "bias" I think that vgchartz isnt really invaded by nintendo fanboys or sony or microsoft, just some.

this prove that you don't have a cube or you don't know anything about cube..

little list:

NINTENDO

mario sunshine

zelda wind waker

animal crossing

pikmin1&2

metroid1&2

f zero gx

1080

wave race

smash bros melee

mario party/tennis/kart/striker series

donkey konga

etc.

NON NINTENDO

RESIDENT EVIL 4

TALES OF SYMPHONIA

KILLER 7

STARWARS SERIES

SONIC SERIES

SOUL CALIBUR

ETC.

ps:

pokemon on cube...one of worst version ever...

I agree with you two as well. When games like Halo 2, Ocarina of Time, and Final Fantasy VII are dropping below 8.5, it's just dumb. People are trolling the games, voting against a game each day, just because it's not on their system. IMO a better thing to do would be to get an agreement with Gamerankings to list their scores on all the games. That would be awesome.

The problem is not everyone rates things the same.  Some people consider it a bell curve and basically 80% of the games should be 4-6.  Voting like that, a 7 is a fairly favorable grade and there is no shame dropping below 8.5.   Other people, consider 7 as a C- or poor grade.  The site has no guidelines as to what a 1 means, what a 3 means, what a 5 means, etc...

Sure, but when you consider that the games getting an 8.5 or lower are some of the best produced games of all time, and nothing is scoring above 8.5 here, it certainly looks like trolling.  And if someone comes along and trolls a game at a 1 and the game deserves a 9.0, 9 people have to come along and troll the game to 10 to get the average of those 10 votes (the 1 and the 9 10s) to 9.0.  As people have said, if you haven't played the game, don't vote.  If you're voting and you haven't played it, perhaps you should get out and check out the daystar.  They are girls outside, you know.

I'm all for grading hard, but the best efforts in the history of gaming deserve top scores.  And few games, if any, deserve a 1.0.

Yeah, I agree with everything you just said.  It's really pathetic, and it would be nice if we could get gamerankings scores or something so that the fanboys can stop trolling.

I completely agree, plus, a review is simply your opinion, and so someone else coud love it while you hate it, like it hated oblivion. That's why I rent games before buying them if I'm even the slightest bit uncertain

They should do both. Have a user score and the scores from gamerankings.

I know I have noticed almost everyone here loves nintendo. I think thats because its a site that goes after sales and since nintendo is selling the most people come here to talk about how great nintendo is doing. In my personal opinion Zelda is fun and all but TP for the Wii isnt the 2nd best game ever made.

wild guess.

this might be a nintendo shill site, that would explain it all.

What is a shill site?

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

too many nintendo fans, it's a problem.
there needs to be some accountability to people placing votes. like, you can see what score people gave for specific games. that way if some guy votes 0 for a ps3 game 100 times he'll be caught.

the Wii is an epidemic.
