I was about to post about how unhappy I am with the journalistic integrity of this site (and do what I did with Gamespot, leave). But before I do, I have a question.

Does Starcraft have an open channel to represent you with anything he feels fit to post as news, or does he submit an article to an editor first for review? If it's the former, I will get my gaming news elsewhere.

I find it hard to understand why one of the largest gaming sites on the web would allow there most biased Microsoft visiter to represent them. Maybe someone can enlighten me.

we're given news to post, you summarize and then post the article in it's entirety. We have almost no word on the actual news, we just report it.

If anyone wants to write an editorial, which would be totally the opinion and views of the writer, then that will be subject to review by the contributor team at large

oh I forgot....Reviews go under the same as editorials. As in they are subject for edits by the contributor team as well.

I don't know if either of the new contributors are signed on for reviews, but I thought I'd add that in.

you are wrong sir, and frankly the rules still applies in the news section. believe me , if he try to flame or troll, he will lose the opportunity to continue. Moreover, who are you to call out a member of this site?
Starcraft is one of best writer and most eloquent member of vgchartz and can be a great contributor.

You're right, with the percentage of weekly sales that go to the Wii, there should be way more articles about Wii Games.

I didn't call out a member of this site, The site did with they named him a contributor. Criticism of his ability comes with the job. I have no issue with his writing ability. I take issue with the fact that an executive member of Microsoft's PR board could not hold a candle to the untiring positive spin that StarCraft relentlessly contributes to this site.

To be honest, my issue is not with starcraft, he can say anything he likes. My issue is with whoever made up the panel that thought his body of work would better represent this sites views then not having him as a contributer.

If that's the vision of this site, I will look elsewhere to get my unbiased news.

Dude, the beauty of the internet is you can get news from all different sources for free; and use your own judgment to compare and analyze.

It's good to start a conversation about it, but over reacting and threatening to leave aren't going to accomplish anything.

People have the same problem with ssj12, but I bet you don't care about that one so much do you?  As long as your own fanboy interests aren't infringed, it's fine.  That's not integrity, that's just you being a fanboy.

As long as he does his job correcly his position shouldn´t be a problem, since he hasn´t posted anything yet I think you should wait with bashing him untill he posts something and if you still think like this after his post the you can take it up. Starting this without him actually posting anything is a little concerning.
