Well, the article is from May for one. So the article is at LEAST a month and a half behind VGChartz. That is one consideration

I don't think so becasue other wise MGS4 is hugely undertracked here.

Konami and Sony have counted bundle sales thus far.

And Epic didn't? Any link? Personaly i think GOW sales are 4.4-4.5 million which is in line with latest shipment figures.

Epic would of course count bundled games. As the games are sold to Microsoft, then put into the case with the 360. It's not like Epic gave the games away at a lower cost, Microsoft did.

Considering they just shipped a new version of gears and those shipment numbers are from 2 months ago I really do not see them as being that far off. I also hear the new version is selling at a decent tick as well.
