It doesn't seem like something that anybody can do, but rather if you make one of the best user created level (or map pack with story or whatever) out there, Sony could take notice and use it for DLC or something like that. I highly doubt that I could make a level and then charge everybody a dollar for it, I think that'd be stupid.

I don't know, I can't help but think that it'd be something like how Counter-Strike came about as a mod and then grew even more when it became a full game.

OT: I won't buy user created levels unless they're really good. I'll just get the free ones.
