Forums - Gaming - Which of the following Online forum HYPED title will most likely fail!

I mean I would say Conduit for Wii but just way too early in the lifecycle to tell. I mean doesn't even have a publisher yet to see how advertising will go. Until a publisher is decided and see what their outlook is for the title, jsut can't say.

Wii= Fatal Frame IV- I'm just not seeing enough advertising and spread of the name being done. I'm hoping an event later this year will alleviate that but until then nada.

PS3= White Knight Story- no explanation just a guess.

360= Tales of Vesperia- sorry but just not enough Japanese support to push sales up high. And so far from what I know, Symphonia has been the only one to take off outside of Japan.

Well what are your expectations for the game?

Being an RPG made by Level 5, I think it will see great sales in Japan. North America and Europe is a toss-up and will depend on reviews and advertisements.

Little Big Planet (PS3): Because i have lttle faith in people buying a great artistic game.

MadWorld (Wii): Unfortunately, I think it goes againt the userbase and it will suffer the same fate as No More heroes and Zack and Wiki.

Banjo (360): Same problem as Madworld, doesn't fit the userbase of the console and Rare has yet to deliver a hit since Microsoft bought them.

Remember your history or you are doomed to repeat it.

Viacom Boycott

too human though all 3 could pretty easily fail.

since I want to make my own

Halo Wars - boring halo universe, no teabagging, could easily end up a pretty bad game.

MAG (i guess this isn't that hyped) - 256 players makes a good bullet point on the back of a game box but does it make for good gameplay? You need large userbase to make it work and you really need to wonder what the gameplay will end up like.

Madworld - Looks awesome but this will be No More Heroes vol 2 sales wise

I gotta go with the Conduit. Wii Controls and a first person shooter go together like peas and carrots. I just don't know enough about High Voltage to really endorse them. The graphics are this games big selling point (even though it is online, and such). I just feel like, no matter how good the graphics are, it'll just look like a low end PS3/360 game. I'm going to buy it. I'll likely buy all 3 games on your list. I think that the Conduit is going to be the least succesful, though.

I wished we knew how much KZ sold.

I know you'd love for me to say The Conduit, but I'm already aware of its generic storyline. I just want to feel its controls, and see how hard High Voltage worked on those graphics.

We all know Too Human is lackluster already so, disappointments are over.

So I say Killzone 2 will be the flop. I can only watch Pavement soldiers fight for so long in Cement City.

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

Too Human.... never read on it or anything, It's just that I think Killzone 2 will actually be really good, and.... I like the Wii....

4 ≈ One

My definition on failure is profit so I will say too human.Because I believe it is actually the most lackluster game of all three and probably most expensive to make of the three.( I believe it had the longest development cycle and most delays of the three games mention.)

I love fighting games !!! Come on challenge me !

Killzone 2.

Why?

All of it's hype is based off nothing. The previous installment was 7/10 at best, and from E3 playthroughs it's not looking good.

Well i think the premise of you providing a list is dodgy.

But to answer you're question.........

Too Human isn't hyped, so its off the list.

Conduit looks like a generic shooter with bad graphics.

Killzone 2 looks like a generic shooter with good graphics.

So I pick the Conduit.
