hmm, never played RE or something alike so i have to go with...

Damn, can't think of a scary game... the 11th hour or parasite eve... but they didn't even scare me.

Oh yeah those guys were scary.

But I'd say Resident Evil 3 and F.E.A.R are the most scariest games I have played.

I only played the demo, but Condemned scared the crap out of me!

 Pyramid Head is the freakiest video game character I have ever seen.
