Yeah well this gen its almost impossible to play all the games you like since every console is about equal in terms of exclusive support. Last gen you could own one console(ps2) and be happy, but this gen you need at least 2.

 

I own all three also if anyone wants to know.  Anyways, I played the Vesperia demo a few times already.  The demo was good enough to convince me to get the game when it comes out.  Be warned, the boss at the end of the demo is pretty tough and I never beated the boss in the demo.  Vesperia will be my first Tales game

You should get ToS its great. I still have to get another tales game though. I'm thinking of eternia or Phantasia. .

Correct if I'm wrong but didn't Namco make Vesperia much harder then the past tales for the Hardcore?

Get Eternia. It's awesome. Eternia or Destiny. I prefer Destiny but its battle system is kinda slow =/ Eternia is much faster and harder. Destiny I never dies and Eternia you can die easy if you're not careful. Doesn't matter I guess. Oh, and as for the wolf boss, I saw vids but it doesn't appear that hard =/ Then again many of you haven't played many or no Tales at all so I guess it's expected.

Alright I will get Eternia first. I will eventually get Destiny also.

Did anyone say Tales?

Ahem, NO NO NO. If you want to try a Tales of game similar to Tales of Vesperia then you have two options: either get Tales of Symphonia or Tales of The Abyss. The former is more widely known but I like Abyss better and it's the last game that's been made by Team Symphonia. All others, Destiny, Eternia, Destiny 2 and Rebirth were made by Team Destiny; a different team than Symphonia.

I've played Phantasia, Legendia, Eternia, Symphonia, Abyss, and World: Radiant Mithology. Of these I recommend, should you decide to try one of the Tales of games, Abyss, but not by a long shot. Symphonia would come a close second.

Be warned the demo hotdrops you in the middle of the game well past the tutorial areas, if you are unfamiliar with the tales realtime battle system it'll be a pretty confusing experience.
