This thread really shows the average age for the forums (and makes me feel old)

There were a ton of games on the Atari/Intelevision/NES that were more hate worthy than most mentioned.

I would have to go with, in decreasing levels of hate, A boy and his blob, ET, Megaman 64

I didn't particularly like either Halo or FFVII (as they will be the most tossed around hated games,simply on the basis that they are Halo in FF VII) But I didn't particularly hate them, they just weren't all that spectacular

AHHHHH thats my favorite FF game. I guess to each his own!

On topic, mine is Unlimited Saga. That game made my realize that the company Idolized (S-E) was not perfect and they seem to have gradually become worse (this has nothing to do with whether FFXIII went multiplat or not. Its about the quality and quantity of their new titles!)

Oot, most horribly aged game i've ever played. Also the most overrated.
Mainly because of the game's huge size and lack of substance in between. The Hyrule field has practically nothing in it except a huge traveling distance. Plus the side quests and minigames were useless/pointless with the awards being pretty much the same thing every time: heart containers. There aren't any extra tough dungeons or anything to an already easy game or to at least justify the awards you get from the minigames. Other than Z-targeting, there's really nothing I see in this game's heavily exaggerated qualities. SM64 already gave gamers the feeling of a grand area to play around in in which 3D action/adventure/platformers are measured. Oot just added more space with less density.
