the games that wowed me where:

infamous: actually looks and seems to play very well could be a classic

resistance retribution: actually has the potential to be a big hit for the psp

resistance 2: looks awesome and that that 300ft leviathian i cant wait to try and take him dow

motorstorm pacific rift: actually looks really good the amount of improvement between gdc and e3 is phenomanal cant wait for this game especially since it will feature 4 player split screen

gears of war 2: dont even have to say why this game looks great

killzone 2: looks like the gameplay will live up to all the hype, and graphics are ace

ratchet and clank quest for booty: this title looks awesome bu then again im a huge ratchet fan

MAG: for the sheer poteintial this game poccesses

guitar hero world tour: well the editor and new guitar look amazing and the drums really look way better than rock bands, not to mentiom the setlist is looking alot better than rock bands

mirros edge: the game looks so fantastic and could be quite frantically paced

resident evil 5: looks fantastic almost like a cgi film

street fighter 4: an amazing return to the series

shaun whites snowbaording: looks really impressive

little big planet: game of the year

games that have dissapointed me

final fantasy 13: ok i know big news for the series but no gameplay was shown and the news means the game wont see light of day until 2010 in the us and europe

sonic unleashed: the bulk of the game looks like classic sonic and it promised so much but this wolf thing has once again ruined sonic

gran turisom 5: erm no show not even a trailer so a bit upset

tekken 6: another game thats not be shown

rock band 2: setlist is awful and nothing new has been released for it its jsut rock band with new songs, also it probably wont get released until 2008 in europe so a long wait indeed

dead space: looks like a rip off of alien

call of duty world at war: looks marginally better than call of duty 3

fallout 3: put me to sleep and graphically wasnt that great

About Call of Duty World at War. Hands-on impressions have been positive, and it has the voice of Jack Bauer!!!! That's right, Keifer Sutherland!!!!
Anyway, I mostly agree with what you said, though there are a couple of games that I am not interested in that you gave positive impressions of

For me no game wowed me wasnt really something new but im mostly glad for god of war3 trailer. Im also dissapionted at tekken 6 didnt show up and no gamplay for ff13 or trailer.

RockBand setlist was awesome. Gears 2 looks awesome, Horde mode will keep me busy for a while.

Guitar Hero WT has me more excited than anything else by far.

most of the things u said r the same for me, but theyre were a few games there that i didnt like there.

KILLZONE2's Multiplayer completely WOWed the shit outta me, it looked amazing and the badge system with the classes (almost like TF2 with perks) sounds incredible. I wasnt really hyped for this game til I saw what they had at E3.

I was disappointed in not seeing much of LBP, sure the graph presentation was awsome and so were the hands on vids but I wanted more, and I also wanted to see socom confrontation =(

Wowed Me:

Guitar Hero: World Tour
Shaun White Snowboarding- Wii version
Wii Sports Resort
Resident Evil 5
Wii Music(hey I like the idea haha so bite me)
Castlevania Judgement
LittleBigPlanet

Disappointed Me:

Resistance 2(another shooter and it's mroe stereotypical than ever)
Animal Crossing: City Folks(not so much disappointment but confusion as to what it is)

Yea that's probably it.

The game that wowed me the most was LittleBigPlanet, I can't believe the customizability and sheer possibilty of stuff I can create in it, the Media Molecule guys are geniuses.

The game that dissapointed me was Resistance 2. I don't know why but I just can't get excited about it even with all the new trailers. Killzone 2 looks far more promising to me and it seems to be shaping up nicely.

Games that wowed me:

SPORE - Awesome presentation, and Will Wright is an amazing host. Spore -> September 5th -> Day fucking 1!

Dragon Age: Origins - My faith in Bioware is restored!!! Brilliant and deep gameplay, Epic feeling and Spiritual successor of Baldur's Gate. It will be the best RPG of all-time, dethroning BG2, and will put Kotor and Mass Effect to shame!!

Games that disappointed me:

Fallout 3 - Every fucking thing was just about killing mutants. Fuck you Bethesda!
