I'd much rather get up to switch disks every 10 hours than paying 150 more euros for a PS3 instead of a 360.

And i will also want to play FFvXIII so? FF fans will stick with PS3 because better quality plus another FF title.

If FFXIII sells well on the 360 (which it probably will), I don't see how Square Enix's executives will justify FFvXIII being an exclusive...
PS: Better quality? That's still up in the air...

First FFXIII was an exclusive with no chances to go to the 360, and now is multi, the we have FF VS I wonder what will happend...
Um, by the time FFXIII is ready for release, the next Microsoft console will (more than likely) be out.

XBL is optional. SE says that the 2 versions would be the same and that they are looking at ways to compress the audio as well as cutscenes etc etc. It does not sound like they are unsure how to get it to the 360 it sounds like they are just looking for ways to minimize the amount of discs. This was all said in the OP (the title is misleading) except for the 2 versions being the same which everyone now seems to think that the 360 version will look like utter crap, which it won't.
This "lawl change discs" argument is a bunch of immature nonsense. 360 owners will not give a crap about switching disks and ironically the PS3 fanboys still spew it like its the end of the world that someone would have to change a disk.
Load times? Leetgeek you made it pretty clear that you haven't played any 360 games with this statement "Because from what I understand rpgs on 360 have some of the worst load times of any type of game ever created." So you really don't know do you? You just magically heard they were crap right? The load times are fine and to bring it up is a pathetic attempt at damage control. You've been posting a lot of nonsense threads lately so I'll just tell you what you wanna hear: MS sucks. Does that make you feel better?
Regarding loading times, Microsoft has announced that the new firmware will allow the (optional) installation of games to the HDD. Compare that to PS3's frequent mandatory installations.
This will give you the best of both worlds - no installation if you don't want it, and faster loading times if you're willing to wait the time for installation.
By the way... before you tell me that FFXIII wouldn't fit on a 20 GB hard drive if it has a lot of discs, consider that you probably don't need to install the discs all at once... Each disc probably works as its own game. We'd then have a situation comparable to MGS4 in which there were multiple installations as the game progressed.
Conclusion: PS3 fanboys better not bring up loading times anymore, unless they want to get owned by logic each time they do it.
