Wrong thread.

Well, if he does get elected, I'm pretty sure that's a given.

Well only if you define black as "He looks black"

As he's not fully black... nor is he the first person with a black direct ancestor... as Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter both shared a black ancestor.

Bill Clinton was even called "The first black president" by a number of people.  He was honoured as the first black president at the Congressional Black Caucus.

Thomas Jefferson was also a quarter black.

It's been said Abe Lincolns Mother was black too. So Obama might not even be the first half black president.

I did not know that. Ironic so am I. He also had children with at least one of his slaves.

OT here is why Obama is the next prez:

Listen to that crowd, America if tired of the GOP's lies. Obama could be Kermit the Frog and he would still get elected.

It's suggested anwyay through research nobody has dug up any bodys and done any testing though.

Obama should win. Sadly he's taken a page out of the Bush book election wise. He's misleading people left and right...

if you actually pay attention to his polcies you'd be shocked how conservative he is... if it wasn't for the fact that he was Pro-Choice you would mistake him for the republican candidate.

Going to be honest, Obama is probably going to win. McCain I can only support 2 of his policies the rest are just not right.
One for example to help the economy.
Would lower the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 25 percent.
Seriously that is not a way to get more money in our country by giving corporations a break. We need to lower taxes, increase government spending, lower the reserve rate (already been doing), and much more just following monetary and fiscal policies.
Just a little input by me :P

I'm confused by what you are argueing here. Why would you want to increase government spending?

I kinda want McCain to win just to see if he really would veto EVERY bill with earmarks in it. That alone would cut out a lot of wasted government spending.

I'm sure his advisors told him to be as Conservative as he could be which is a real shame. He probably won't follow 90% of the policies he said he would when he gets into office, which is actually pretty typical for most incumbents in this country. The buzz word this election seems to be change, so I wish people would change to the party not fucking this country over.

He was saying these things during the democratic primaries too... when his main strategy was to come behind the Clintons and grab the liberals. It's just everybody ignored it.

Well a lot of it anwyay.

During the primaires he was talking about permanet bases in iraq, but just didn't phrase it like that. The only thing that has really changed since he hit the main elections is Nafta. Suddenly he's pro Nafta and pro free market.
