Well only if you define black as "He looks black"
As he's not fully black... nor is he the first person with a black direct ancestor... as Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter both shared a black ancestor.
Bill Clinton was even called "The first black president" by a number of people. He was honoured as the first black president at the Congressional Black Caucus.
