I think Microsoft has done an amazing job attaing a range of RPG's from J to W. As far as I am concerned, the 360 has the best and most diversified library right now and may very well continue to have it in the future.
I find that any fanboy gets too caught up in there console to see what others have to offer. Your right, 2 months ago PS3 owners were saying we have FF13 and you have LO, FF13 is much better etc. My personal favorite is we dont mind waiting for quality while the 360 has quantity.
In any case, I am happy that Microsoft is moving forward and acquiring amazing franchises and furthering its standing as a gaming company.

The only motive I am wondering about is yours. Instead of trolling system you OWN so much may be you should get a 2nd job and buy system that you rather have?
I find it amusing that all the fanboys are bashing on Stickball here when just not long ago they all happy to troll 360 forum everytimes JRPG topic go up with comment like "if you don't have FFXIII then you will never be JRPG console".

There is no question that the 360 is the JRPG console this generation. The Playstation family lost that title for its home systems.
Rubbing what in people's faces? Their own bad predictions or their own contradictions? Isn't the whole point of the Internet to show people their own contradictions and then have them be unable to rationalize said contradictions, then have them ignore said contradictions, then have them deny said contradictions?
If not, why else are we here?
i agree with mysticd here, it seems alot of ppl here are sony fanboys and are crying over the fact that their system isnt the choice for rpg's this gen. and are picking on mr.stickball because he is stating the truth and who cares about him rubbing this truth in sony fanboy faces, when sony fanboy's are rubbing anything they can in xb fanboys faces every day, u can check that fact every day u go to this site, its the simple truth on the subject. i am a 3 console owner wii,ps3 and xb 360. i love them all, but i get annoyed when i see ppl attacking a game or talking bs of a game that they wont ever own because its not on their system. ppl need to grow up and just be happy with the games that come out on their system, if they want a game that isnt out on their system then save up the money and just buy that system.

The truth is that while the 360 is getting the most JRPGs this generation, they don't have the kind of support that the PS1 or PS2 had. Instead the 360 has to share its "dominance" with the DS and PS3. A victory? Sure. Somewhat hollow? Yep.

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.

Theres a few things wrong with your list, you put folklore on it but chose to ignore Mass Effect & Fable 2? Also I'll be playing Final Fantasy XIII on my 360 so it doesn't matter to me that its a region exclusive on the other side of the world just like most of the people on this forum. Also since you decided to list upcoming RPG's i think its only fair you put Cry On (mistwalkers next project?) on that list.

S-E said that they wanted to give support to all three consoles so I don't think there will be a clear cut winner for most JRPGs.
I see lots of hypocrits in here, and DMeisterJ seems to be the biggest of them all. He's oh so worried about Mrstickball calling out other folks on here yet he doesn't mind labelling the opener as being immoral for making a thread with his "high and mighty" attitude to booth.
I mean in some other thread yesterday it was all about calling out who were hypocrits when refering to the 360's ability to rip games to the HD as no longer being a neusance. I can't say i saw this guy bouncing off the walls defending the 360 although its a similar case. So ....."how now brown cow"
