Street figher is way better, but not much info is known for Tekken 6.....

i think SoulCalibur IV is better than both of them (by far)

 Tekken 5 wasn't great, uhhh nor was 4 really....

From looking at the videos of gameplay SF4 looks liike its not even trying to compete with the Tekken\VF type games...looks like a 2D soul calibur.
