It didn't show.  No Japanese titles except a small bit on GT5 and a few shots of Valkyria Chronicles and Eternal Sonata were shown.

However, a Massive Action Game (that's actually the tentative title, lulz) by Zipper was unveiled, which will feature 256-man online play.

I knew for sure E3 wasn't the end of it when the show ended and KZ2 didn't make an appearance. Sony has more to show us all, they just need the proper settings to do it.
