I think Nintendo won the E3 this year..... as the most disapointing presentation...

(sorry sony...try harder next year... :P)

4/10 : ( resort looks like itl be fun for a few days, and animal crossing is great (but not exactly unexpected) wii music doesnt look fun imo and a big chunk of the conference was devoted to it.

- COD looked good
- Wii Resort
- Wii Music

Bad
- no Punchout!/Kid Icarus/Zelda/Mario/Metroid
- no big 3rd pary announcements
- no Wii HD for more storage

No core games.

AC: CF is cool, Wii Sports resort is a "maybe".

Sony doesn't have to do much this E3. They can pwn easily if they keep the games solid, and announce some new stuff.

From a gamer perspective, C- as it showed nothing of interest.

As for getting their point across A+. Wii Sport Resort will sell millions.

Really bad. Wii Music looks okay but devoting 10 minutes to it was silly.

Animal Crossing looks good (the feed broke when it was shown, though so I didn't get to see much), as does Wii Sports Resort.

I feel cheated. Wii MotionPlus is very nice, but I wanted a few new normal games to be shown.

No new Zelda?

It was pretty plain, but I wasn't expecting anything all that interesting anyways. The only thing I really expected and wanted was some sort of AC announcement, which there was.. So I'm happy for now. I think the current consoles are mostly at the point in the life cycle where nothing over the top is going on.

But as for the actual presentation, I thought it was probably the worst one I've seen them do.. just a few points in it seemed really, really bad or silly to me.

Personally, I'd have to say C-!

I'll agree with this, but since the hardware is only there to support the software, I can safely say that this presentation sucked all kinds of balls.
