And for all those people that say it will have crap graphics on the 360. It won't the game could be 4 DVDs long with no compression. What people fail to realize one of the reasons space it taken up on Blu-Ray is the programming structure of the disc makes it so.

I hope this is announced at E3. It would be a huge blow to Sony. In terms of Sony touting it as there biggest exclusive. An announcement saying it would be coming to the 360 could stop PS3 NA sales in their tracks and make Sony look like Sega back in the day.

The Xbox will have some new feature that could help the discs swithcing by copying the entire game on HD and using the first DVD for game validation.  No switching and no installing between chapters.

Ahh boys, you are both wrong; and making PS3 and 360 ownrs look silly (most aren't by the way...)

SONY BOY:  The 360 will soon allow the entire game to be loaded onto the HDD

360 BOY:     The above process will be a bit lengthier than three minutes.

 

Give up the bickering, both machines are great with great games coming!!!

How come you are never around to dispute the trustworthyness of the source when people pull out biased and FUD ridden opinion articles bashing on MS and the 360? If you want I'll link some of them here so you can voice your opinion against poor posting practices, judging by the post of yours I just quoted it would appear it's an issue you care about.

I still think it will stay on PS3, and it has already made a huge effect, and the fact that it is bundled makes me think it is very unlikely it will come to 360

Firstly I never rejected the possibility of what the article was claimming , I just recejected the credibility of the article which I think is a very valid thing to do . I think your commenting on me posting in threads analysing Microsft/XBOX 360's current /future performance , that's entirely different the credibility of the soruce isn't as important as the quality of the analysis.

Don't believe it. I find it odd that so many rumors pop up AFTER FFXIII was announced as multi platform. If this was never announced, would you hear about a secret game from SSj12 that is suppose to blow everyone away? Would you hear from an industry source that MGS4 going Multi platform is "inevitable"?

So that's you saying that the credibility of the source doesn't matter when an article bashes out the 360, it's merely enough if the spin is well constructed. That's cool of you to be honest like that.

hmm well in any case im 99% sure Kojima will have next to nothing to do with this. At best he will demand that essential parts of the game (ie. being able to access every texture in the entire game for octocamo, all the content on the iPod, the DLC, MGO) be on the 360 version.

IMHO if this happens then 360 owners will be happy and PS3 owners will say "meh we got it year earlier". The game would also sell horribly on 360 due to the much later release date... and the content differences due to some of the content in MGS4 being owned by SONY ( im sure SONY would wait till the last second and then tell Konima they had to remove it from the 360 version....)
