What sources are you talking about?
How do you know these sources?
Are you at E3 or what?!
So many questions! and thing, will they show a teaser?

  • All we've heard about it is a few murmers it will be made
  • DC2 had amazing graphics (Cell Shaded)
  • There are rumors from that French Magazine it is due for release Spring 2009

I don't think DC3 is the game in question, but I'd love for it to be made one way or another.

devs I have known for a while. Some I gathered last E3.

Not at E3.

No idea, might jsut show screens and wait till TGS.

None Disclosure Agreement meaning that I can only hint at some things but not tell full story unless I want to land myself in court. Being under means I signed the agreement.

It's not DC3. ssj already said it was announced a while back - DC3 hasn't. Besides, DC never really pushed hardware and ssj said it looked like Crysis which means it has a more "realistic" look and not cel-shaded. Oh, and that Spring 2009 date is obviously false. Level 5 have WKC, Inazuma Eleven for the DS, Inazuma Eleven for a console (likely Wii), DQ IX, and a new Professor Layton for the DS. Their hands are full. They only have 100 employees. And IIRC, they said a DC3 could happen after WKC. It's not Bumpy Trot 2 either because we saw a TGS trailer last year and I doubt they overhauled the game. Besides, BT doesn't need Crysis graphics.

Crysis level doesnt have to mean realistic Earth/place, FFXIII's CGI looks close to realistic if you lived in a futuristic land.

Think graphically insane for what it is, thats why I used Crysis as the main measuring tool. It is at that bar.

Yeah, but cel-shading sure doesn't fit the bill.

 

Well, for examplpe, if ICO remade SOTC and made it to Crysis spec would it be realistic yet not have cell-shading? Yes.
