As long as link is silent, voice acting in zelda is fine by me.

F-Zero (Miyamoto yes, but prefer him workin on the new zelda game tho)
Wii mote updates, cordless nunchuk / 2nd wiimote addition instead of nunchuk
More mature titles, Disaster / Icarus (with more violence) / Fps maybe / Punch out (great idea) / more exercise games with more sport variety / More realism and complex narratives /
“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

No they don't lose, these i deas put forward, were my own, but i think if they listen to us and give us what we want they will win. That was my general idea...
That said, they could ignore us and blow us away with something new. They did it with Wii Fit and the balance board, none of us expected that.
Edit:
Just noticed the "Joke" comment, but still wanted to make sure people understood my post.
Nintendo = Innovation = Wii
Many of their big series over the years and consoles that haven't had a release yet on the Wii. Personally I want to see great versions of Star Fox and F-Zero in the style of their SNES or N64 days. I didn't like the GC versions nearly as much.
Other big games like Animal Crossing, Wii Sports 2 with some balance board support along with other games that use it. 5 million people and more in the future have a board, time to give them more games for it since there's a market out there. Last, some of the games shown or talked about before such as Disaster and Wii Music. A great surprise or two would be nice.
Besides Nintendo games, a storage solution, good 3rd party games and the announcement or schedule of new big releases of VC/Wiiware games.
I'll come up with something better eventually...
Honestly, if they announced a Pokemon MMO for Wii owners, I think it would be scary huge. That game has almost a bigger cult following than Mario games. It could even be considered a WoW competitor for mass appeal.
Only problem is Nintendo is "anti online evil", it would be so limited. That wouldn't allow you to do talk to anybody directly and massive filtering system to protect against online child predators and online game "rude" behavior.

Why would they do that? You know the ds has voice chat, and the wii is about to get voice chat soon. And as for them having a massive filtering system, I don't see it happening seeing as it is very limiting for an MMO and would probably ruin the experience. I could see them only letting you chat with friends though. I would much rather have a 3d real pokemon game with all regions and gyms on the wii.
racing simulator or at least something like grid/dirt game made or published by nintendo. but that is just me.
KH3 game for wii, dead rising port/spinoff(but not some mini game/light gun crap), resident evil 5 action/light gun game.
Win for whom?
To most, they have won by just showing up.
To investors, they continue to sell and make profits, the latter of which sometimes eludes Microsoft and Sony.
To us, they could drop Earthbound to the VC during Microsoft's talk and then do an unannounced firmware update allowing play directly from SD cards during Sony's talk. (All they would have to do is store a one block game signature on the game machine to allow it to read data from the SD card.)
Of course, since they are being so secretive, most of the pre-E3 coverage has been on the big games coming out for the PS3 and Xbox 360 (which will be seen in 2009, if not later). That seems to make it seem like Nintendo has already lost.
However, Nintendo will take the opposite approach and (virtually) everything it shows will sell between now and mid-2009. So it will create instant buzz and sales. (Last year's big announcements -- MKWii and WiiFit).

Pokemon G/S Remake
Super Smash DS
NO MORE FPS Metroids!
Another Major LoZ
Another Pokemon Gen to round up the pokemon count at 600.
These are a few things I would like to see them do....
4 ≈ One
...show up.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
