Microsoft has the most to win or lose. Ahead of PS3 for install base. Hope it's not like last year, where they try to appeal to casuals by talking about that quiz game (this year it would be Lips) for half the show. Show the hardcore why they should stick with you, MS.
Nintendo just needs to have something that will have some mainstream press, but it should be easy since the press is all over Nintendo. As far as the hardcore, there will be something but don't get too excited.
Sony doesn't matter. A lot of people are buying PS2s and PSPs. PS3 is picking up steam and won't matter to Sony until the PS2 drops to insignificant numbers. Sony will push PS3 for five years after they stop producing PS2. I used to laugh when Sony said that, now I see it.
