I guess it did end well for MS after all. I'll admit that I never saw that last curveball coming. Still, I'm surprised at the lack of Newton, and how de-emphasized the avatars were. Hopefully Sony and Nintendo have better conferences.

I'm actually not at all impressed with that conference. Far too much emphasis on multimedia and movie and rhythm games. FF was big, and Gears and Fable 2 were impressive. But beyond that, it was a terrible conference. The Dashboard update looks horrendous and the avatar thing screams "Mii rip-off".

Wow. That's the best news ms could hope for and the worst news for sony. We already know there will be no price cut for ps3 this year and.. resistance 2, killzone 2, little big planet and gt5 will not save it from last place. We'll see what Sony has to show tomorrow.. but it will probably be another demo of home and more footage of killzone 2.
