A child can't legally give you consent. You have to be 18 to give consent. That's why it's called statutory rape. It's taking advantage of somebody not old enough to know better.

Nice way to dodge my comment about the dog. Sure a child can't give consent until they're 18, because the parents have the consent. So what if the parents give you consent? You can't assume that anyone under 18 just doesn't know any better.
