Weekends I will usually average around 10-12 hours a night. Work/School days I get between 4-6 hours a night if I am lucky. I have chronic insomnia so I normally have to sleep in extra to get a good amount of sleep. My record is 5 and a half days with no sleep. Wrote two 7 page papers during that time too.

I usually get around 5-7 but I don't feel refreshed the next day if I get less than 8
The longest I've gone without sleep was two nights in a row because of finals
The most sleep I've ever gotten was about 14 hours...I went to take a nap at 6 PM and ended up waking up at 8 AM the next day

Summer and Holidays I get like around 9-11 or so, and on school days (depending on how early my classes are) usually about 7-8. I need my sleep, working out with no sleep is plain retarded.
The last 72 hours I slept 5 hours I blame work/Halo 3 and my purchase of a X360.
