I usually get around 5-7 but I don't feel refreshed the next day if I get less than 8
The longest I've gone without sleep was two nights in a row because of finals
The most sleep I've ever gotten was about 14 hours...I went to take a nap at 6 PM and ended up waking up at 8 AM the next day
