Halo 3 has high end graphics? A 400$ PC makes better visuals than that.

That's the proof for me, that you've never played Halo 3 and you know nothing about it. The Lights effects are for me the best I've seen in my life and I've played Crysis with the highest settings with DirectX 10, so I know what I'm talking about. FACT: Halo 3 has great graphics.

Crysis with high settings and on $400 PC, here you go

(Sorry Ssyn, but even $400 PC can beat both. :/)

lol high settings and You Tube are contrary things for me :P ^^

BTW: average of mid 20s FPS is not that great.

Uh, it really doesn't matter whats the resolution of that video. Average 20 FPS on high = more than 30 FPS on medium. Still PS360 isn't able to run it even 20 FPS on high not to even mention what resolutions they could handle.

Since you have a PS3 the 360 wouldn't offer much new to you.

The online is better? yes but not that much now, and it costs.
It has more and better games? In the past yes, but from now on, the best games are coming for the PS3 (check the remainig games for this year and next for all the three consoles).

If you want something different, then you better get the Wii, but be advise, their best games have been allready released and they have not anything big coming in the near future.

End of Year prediction:

wii: 37 m

360: 24 m

PS3: 20 m

Theres some dude saying you don't have to pay monthly for Steam and you do for XBLA.

XBLA does not require the monthly subscribtion, you can use it for free with a silver account.

Gold subscription is mainly for playing online with.

Do some research.

It sounds like Wii will be a good option for you if you already have a PS3. You already have a 360 like experience, so mix it up a bit and add some variety. Variety is the spice of life.
The 360 can offer you probably the best online experience, but as mentioned you have to pay and you can get an online experience which is pretty good on the PS3 and it's free. And if you have a PC then you can already get most of the games you want on that or on PS3.
So the Wii seems like a good option for you.
