...and they're ugly as hell, like usual. :P

In Japan, they're already out. In Europe, they're on their way. But what of America's line of budget, re-released PS3 games? Well, they're also on their way. Here's a first look at the Greatest Hits Line's initial run of titles, lifted from a new K-Mart entertainment catalogue. Only three titles are pictured (the rest being PSP games), but those games are clearly MotorStorm, Resistance and Warhawk.

I hope they're only $25, but chances are they'll be $30 just to rip people off.  I just hope they add R&C soon so I can pick it up for cheap. :D

I'll probably pick-up Resistance when it comes out.
I'll buy it used for cheaper the price than the greatest hits copy.

psh those aren't ugly, the piss yellow European versions are hideous o_O

While this is GREAT news, I have this feeling that I'm going to already own all of the Greatest Hits titles for quite a while.

What are the odds that Folklore makes that list anytime soon?

Considering the sales of Folklore, very little.

I know that PSP games sales tend to be undertracked so with that in mind, does anyone think Castlevania Dracula X Chronicles will join that Greatest Hits list with the other PSP games that have made Greatest Hits?

Folklore has already dropped to $30 or below at most stores, because it sold so horribly.  It was $30 at Target a while back, and it's $30 at GameStop now.

Okay, they're not really ugly. The just stand out so horribly compared to other games in your collection. They should just put a big "greatest hits" sticker on the front instead of actually changing the box art and disc.

Hopefully they will sell Warhawk on PSN for cheaper than in stores like it is now when it becomes a Greatest Hit. Then I will consider picking it up. I will need to rent Resistance before buying it, even for cheap, since I suck at shooters on consoles. Hopefully R&C and Heavenly Sword make Greatest Hits so that I can get them. Heavenly Sword because it is so short it isn't worth $60 and R&C because I'm cheap.

Nice to see they should be out soon. I don't think it will help me any, but for people with small a budget this will help pretty up the PS3 picture a little more.
