As far as I know, the newest version for the iPod Touch you have to pay for. The iPhone gets it for free, but iPod Touch users have to pay for it. But that update came out earlier this year... so if you're talking about a new update then I haven't heard of it. What does it include?

i payed for it, i regret it now, but i did pay for it.

I'll probably buy one, later though, then they will be out dated in six months and the new one will come out, then all you guys will buy that too :P
