Forums - Gaming - when was the hardest time to be a sega fan

i would say after the ps2 launched, it almost destroyed the dreamcast with in the first month of sales man, it was a hard pill to swollow, and then when sega announced that they would not be doing consoles any more i almost puked.

I would say before Sega was formed.  It'd be pretty hard to be a fan of a company that hasn't even been created.

I was never a Sega fan....sorry

^_^

I loved my dreamcast I need to play it again...

Former something....

I'd say right now. Sega has turned from a respectable gaming company in the 90's to one of the most crappy developers around today.

I might as well say it: Sega is more of a shovelware machine than Ubisoft can ever dream to be.

Why are you so full of win all your posts are way to cool for the internet?

when we left them in favor of the PS or the N64

i loved SEGA more than SONY
hated the PS2 because it ruined a great console like the dreamcast(back in 2000)

now i am a 100% SONY supporter..lol
but i would like to see a new sega console next gen, that would be a great day for me

Never, I loved my Sega Genesis and left for Nintendo with the N64.

in around 1997/1998 when the sega saturn was defeated by evil copycats sony.... SEGA MEGA CD AND SEGA SATURN= 1st and 2nd consoles on the market to use cd's.... virtua fighter and virtua cop were around a long time before those blatant rip off games time crisis and tekken.... i'll admit it, i still hold resentment towards sony to this very day due to the ruthless way in which they killed sega and i still hold sony responsible for the reason why i have not got my revenge on Lan Di in shenmue 3....... YET nintendo and microsoft ftw
