omg, looks outstanding!*

I'd be interested if I thought Namco would translate the game. But why would I think that? No Tempest (which ok wasn’t their best effort), but also no Innocence which is supposed to be pretty good. I guess Vesperia and ToS2 are being translated but I'm not holding my breath for this.

The charactes look ridiculous and have awful names. But all that matters is the 2D combat and it looks great.

Looks nice but the Tales on DS don't get here... So I don't have any hope for this one either... Namco sucks.

Well, I think Japanese will be my fourth language pretty soon if Namco refuses to localize half of the Tales games...
By the way, the DS games looks great, great style, it seems like it has a lot of love going on. The PSP looks generic in comparassion (no bad, but a little simple)

Yes, but this time is really noticeable. After all the first DS Tales looked and played like crap, while the first PSP one is at least OK.
Inoccence was a step forward, but this one is really beatyful in graphics and style.
Hey Soriku talking about Tales of, I just (and I mean 2 hours ago) started Abyss on my PS2, I only played Symphonia and Phantasia, previous to this one.
What is your opinion on the game? Am I going to love it just as with Symphonia? Is equally good?

Where is my Tales of Innocence? They never brought that game to the US. Also, am I the only one that thinks ToI looks like a better game?

mmm, I would say it looks different, not better. Both have good graphics/art style, but this one seems more elaborated, at least for me.
Graphics looks kinda Revenant Wings, but way better..
