Well... I like all those guitar players you mentioned. But technically, there are better guitar players: Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Yngwie Malmsteen, Michael Angelo Batio, Eric Johnson...

But personal favorites are: Ritchie Blackmore, Ozielzinho, David Murray and Adrian Smith.
