I agree, especially with respect to XBLA, PSN, or WiiWare. There's no need to limit (or remove "bad" games), since the cost of maintaining inventory is virtually nil. Throw is all out there, someone's junk is another's treasure. The good stuff will be rewarded, and niche lovers will be able to find their poison.
