Star Wars Battlefront Three? July 8, 2008

StarWars Battlefront 3 has recently become available for pre-order on the popular shopping website, Amazon. Why am I posting this here? Because it’s gonna be on the Wii and the DS!

It appears that the release date is going to be ideally around March 15th, 2009.

But since Pandemic -the studio responsible for the first two games- is now owned by EA, and LucasArts is slowing down on internal development, which game developer will take the reigns of this title? Could it be Rebellion, the UK-based studio responsible for the well-accepted PSP game Battlefront: Renegade Squadron? Only time will tell.

WAIT? WHAT!!!!

It's gonna be on the Wii AND the DS? that's like, the greatest news
i've heard since five minutes ago when i found out Animal Crossings
was confirmed. FTW!!

Is it exclusive to ninty platforms or will be on the 360/ps3 as well??
which im sure it will....

I hope it comes to PS3 also, I really liked te first 2 on the PS2, but who knows it may be awesome on the Wii.

Wouldn't be to surprising on the Wii and especially DS but I guess we'll wait til E3 to find out.

megaman 9, chrono trigger ds, animal crossing and now this have all been anounced very close to each other. This is a very good time for the annoucement of sequels.

Interesting.....(repeats 20 times before recovering)

Wii 2009 lineup is going be chalked full of good third party games. It starting to look like nintendo's relationship with third parties is recovering or is it that third parties don't want to leave money on the table.
