That's so weird. I was thinking of doing a similar thing myself. I was going to do a Greasemonkey script for VGChartz (and presumably other forum sites).
I ask the same thing about rap music. Why do so many people like this form of music. And then I notice simply because I don't like it doesn't mean that its impossible for them to like it. Nor should they have to justify why they like it as I shouldn't have to justify my love for punk rock.
People have different tastes and it's a reality we have to except. If we just except people are different rather than questioning those differences, we'd all get along a lot better.
Well we like it, because is fun as the same way some people like GTA4 just because is "fun"...
