Forums - PC - Good game for a Mac?

Can't you just run Vista on your mac and play any PC games that way, or does it not work that way?

Civilization 4

If you have an intel mac you can run windows xp or vista and play any game made for them as well. But I refuse to do that. To many good games are out natively.

Yeah, but a lot of them are ports of varying quality. And as an extreme Sim City fan, the lack of regular updates and easily used mods was kind of frustrating for sim City 4. I mean, there were some, but not as many and varied as the PC version. Of course, I still stuck with the Mac version (though I had the PC version before I bought my first Mac), but it must be said Mac gaming can be frustrating because of such things. Boot camp + Vista might not be a terrible idea.

My consoles and the fates they suffered:

Atari 7800 (Sold), Intellivision (Thrown out), Gameboy (Lost), Super Nintendo (Stolen), Super Nintendo (2nd copy) (Thrown out by mother), Nintendo 64 (Still own), Super Nintendo (3rd copy) (Still own), Wii (Sold)

A more detailed history appears on my profile.

I play WoW on my Mac. I think all Blizzard games are on the Mac.
You can find them here:
