Resistance 2 according to insomniac will make your jaws drop.

FF XIII is big, but how big will square's(in game?) trailer be?

Nintendo and there secret announcements, lets hope that there so called 7 "hardcore games(super mario sluggers...sure)" are that what we want or should I say wii owners want which is KID ICARUS, ZELDA, and a new MARIO PLATFORMER.

So its going to be big for everyone in e3.

edit: my biggest games are resistance 2, and Final fantasy XIII, if insomniac holds to there promise we might have an amazing game here.

The biggest game will be a surprise title. Remained in secret to that day and would steal the show from day one.

Hopefully the new Killer Instinct will make an appearance. Bungie's new projects should be pretty HUGE. Diablo 3 should be pretty killer.

That includes two versions of TP.  The one from GC being far less in sales than FFXII.  TP on the Wii might be over in sales alone in comparison to FFXII(not 100% sure), however games at the end of a console's generation don't sell as well when the generation is newer and more exciting.  FFXIII would be a more appropriate response when it comes out as well as FF Verusus XIII. 

I think it will be a new unannounced game that will steal the show. If Kid Icarus is shown as well as Metroid Prime was, then that might be it.

My guess: Halo Wars

On topic: Like everyone else is saying I doubt ff 13 will make people go WOW unless they get some major game play footage out there

SPORE is easily the biggest game at E3.

Thats been the biggest game at the past 3 E3s right?  I love the Creature Creator.
