gta: mexico is most likely with the border to the US, you'll start as a little gang member and end up as a traffic king, part of the game will be in mexico and part of it in the US just like red dead redemption

Well they did GTA San Andreas....they could easily do GTA Mexico...or Grand Theft Auto Cancun. Just imagine the cartels and drug violence. Then picking up some hot latinas.

GTA 4 was step back for franchise IMO.
