I think all of the work force probably got relocated to gt5. I was kind of looking forward to this game, but after getting my psp, thinking of having to gas/brake with x and square and using either the d pad or the kinda bad analog stick doesn't really appeal to me.

My biggest problem is the analog nub, GT requires precision you know...

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... I need this. - The Gaming PC and PS4, and Xbox 360, and thePS3's . Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.

No good racers?

I suggest Wipeout Pure or the newer Wipeout Pulse, and Burnout - I own both and they are very fun - There is also Midnight Club and Need for Speed games if you like those kind, but I honestly don't know how good they actually are.

Never been a fan of Wipeout myself, and although I do have a lot of fun with Burnout, I should have said there are no good racing sims on the PSP...or even somewhat realistic racers (ie licensed cars/racing series).

Let me just say... if you are looking for racing game on handheld, PSP is the only way to go.

For now, the iPhone will give it a run for its money I think. Here are some cool videos of the possibilities.

This last one is just to show you that there is real support from this, from real game companies.

You are joking right ? Compared to Burnout Dominator they all look outdated graphically :P And we all know that GT4 Mobile will kick ass graphically if it will be released :D

The PSP will have better graphics, but the statement was that the only racing game on a handheld worth playing, is on the PSP. I was just saying that soon that might not be true.

that thought bothers me as well, hopefully there will be some kind of peripheral that will help with that problem.

if they do make this game, i will be very tempted to get a PSP

I am still pissed at Polyphony for shelving that game. It was one of the main reasons I wanted a PSP.

I give this thread a 9.6.

Thank god for the disable signatures option.

Yeah, I totally agree.  GT Mobile was THE tipping point for me buying a PSP on launch day.  Every time I read about delays, and then the final article talking about it getting put on the back burner for GT5!!  Arrgghhh, SONY!!! WHYYYYYY!!@!@!@#2114324

Currently Playing:

PS4 - Killzone:SF and Assasins Creed 4

XBox One: BF4, CoD:Ghosts, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5

Changing channels with my voice: priceless!!!

To be fair;..Did they said PSP 1 or PSP 2?

I think we all know that its not true . Mario Kart DS was pretty damn good , same with Ridge Racer DS . So yeah , I know that there are quality racers on other handhelds to , but because of the power it has , "huge"screen and simple controls that a racer requires the PSP will be by far the best choice for portable racing fans untill the next handheld arrives ;)
