Yeah, I got my Radeon 3850 for $90...and that regularly gets 15-20 fps more than the 8600, not to mention the newer shaders, etc available.

There are some 8800gt cards on newegg that are around $150-160 or so after rebate. That's a good option instead of a midrange card.

Heh nah I'm just gonna leave the dam thing alone for probly the next 2 years then get a new GC and CPU. Hey is it difficult to replace the cpu?

As for the PS3 Vs. 360 games on PC, 360 has more "exclusive" games going to PC. M$ ain't stupid. It's money in their pockets either way.

Motherboard.

Not so cheap. But i bet you could still outperform the xbox 360 and PS3 without spending as much.

I knew the figure was something like that. Can you play online with 360 owners as well, or only those who have the PC version?

Also does the PC get any JRPG's? I know it's filled with FPS and RPG games, but what about other genres? It really depends on what your game preferences are, but I'm sure the PC easily kills the PS3 and 360 for many people.
