No one has mentioned Kerrigan yet? I mean, she might not be hot, what with being half zerg and all, but she is pretty badass. Especially for a villian. I mean, she infects the Matriarch of the Protoss which forces Zeratul to kill her, backstabs everyone, and when 3 fleets approach her get revenge, she kicks their ass (well technically, you do, but the point still stands) and sends them packing. I can't wait to see what she does in Starcraft 2.

Samus, no contest. IMO, she has one if not the best 2D action adventure game (Super Metroid) and one that hasn't aged at all for me (played it sooo many times, just finished going through it not too long ago)
