No one has mentioned Kerrigan yet? I mean, she might not be hot, what with being half zerg and all, but she is pretty badass. Especially for a villian. I mean, she infects the Matriarch of the Protoss which forces Zeratul to kill her, backstabs everyone, and when 3 fleets approach her get revenge, she kicks their ass (well technically, you do, but the point still stands) and sends them packing. I can't wait to see what she does in Starcraft 2.
