Forums - Gaming - Did Sega steal Megaman's robots

I think they did. Before Sonic wasn't MM the only game to have a cartoony robot enemy basis. I would suggest that MM lost appeal because of this robot treachery.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

Megaman robots are not cartoony, they are serious business. They will murder you in your sleep!

EDIT: See? The megaman robots even murdered this thread! And only after the first reply too!

Metal Man? I don't know... I still think he's awesome. He didn't have much to go after being in 2 though.

Sure he could of been in Metal Man Soccer i guess... I don't think he was... but still he made a reapperance in... I want to say 3?  As part of the megarobots.
