collector value ?! it better to own the cartridge/box

You should probably skip OoT and go straight to LttP since it is the definitve game in the series. Of course, OoT is 3D but the extra dimension doesn't change the fact that it's not as good as LttP.

Also play Majora's Mask after Ocarina. Here is a thread talking about the game.

I second this opinion. I'd also add that much of what makes Ocarina so great was that it was pretty innovative for its time: 3D adventure games were really born with Ocarina (complete with the now mandatory lock-on system). My guess is that while you'd enjoy Ocarina, you may find yourself thinking its overrated, since much of what makes it special has been seen in the many games its inspired (granted it's still better than most...)

Honestly, if I was you I'd play Majora's Mask instead: it's radically different in focus and tone than any other Zelda, including Twilight Princess and Ocarina, and it's aged pretty well.

I actually really liked the Gameboy games (Save for Phantom Hourglass, it was alright, but I think the older ones were better) So if you have a way to play those I'd recommend them^^

Ok looks like I might be in Zelda world for a while. A LONG while if these games are as long as TP.
